Cancellation & Refund Policy

MeetYantra believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has started.
- MeetYantra does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Service team. The request will be considered after verification by the merchant. This must be reported within 1–2 days of receiving the product.
- If you believe the received product does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify our Customer Service within 1–2 days of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- For complaints about products with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- If a refund is approved by MeetYantra, it will take 1–2 days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
